Certain property management companies will accept service requests, also known as maintenance requests, online through the Rentals.com system.

The link to service requests is located on a property website home page. Clicking this link brings up the main service request form.

For a service request you must identify the property (and the unit if relevant), and the nature of the request. In order to assist the property owner, you may also indicate whether there are pets on the property, and what type of pets they are.

One field of note is the "access allowed between 9 and 5". Certain states forbid entry by the owner/manager whether this option has been selected or not. If in doubt, do not check this button and ensure that you are contacted before anyone enters your property.
